A government bill allowing CPS to conduct the procedure for control of procurement of goods and services, the state Duma has adopted on second and final reading, reports, correspondencia REGNUM on March 27.

We are talking about quality control of goods and services that consumers receive. While checking can be both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs — their products must be safe for life and health of citizens. The authors believe that the possibility to carry out test purchases will protect the rights of consumers and ensure their health and well-being.

For example, the MPs ordered that the CPS can conduct a test purchase of products immediately with the simultaneous notification of the Prosecutor's office. The basis for procurement may be a violation of the requirement of labeling.

The MPs also ordered that test purchases should be unplanned, but if in the course of the inspection were not found violations, then re-unscheduled inspection on the same grounds is not allowed. In addition, the profile Committee of the state Duma also has prescribed that the rules of the inspections will establish the government of the Russian Federation.
