"The project for the Kamchatka territory, a new and quite promising. We pay special attention to food security issues in the region, so in our region there is a significant number — about 70 different measures of the state support in the agricultural sector. I think the order of six to seven million rubles from the regional budget, of the required 11, we will be able to send for this purpose", — quoted the press service of the Governor of the region Vladimir Ilyukhin.

The press service said that of the seven million rubles allocated for the project from the regional budget, 4.7 million rubles will amount to grant funds, about two million will allocate the regional entrepreneurship support Fund, and the remaining four million rubles — own funds of a farm.

According to the owner of the farm Sergey Kobzar, after reaching the planned capacity, the production capacity will reach 10 tons of mushrooms per month.
"Mushrooms is a product, which is grown year-round. Oyster mushrooms have a fairly short production cycle from seed to harvest — about 21-26 days, they don't need light, it is only necessary to create suitable temperature conditions and comply strictly with the technology of the production process," said the bard.

The press service added that the first edge of the mushroom farm opens in 2019.
