Landowners holding "Solar products" started harvesting of the crop in the Saratov region.

Holding "Solar products" has started harvesting campaign in the Volga region. First tons of winter wheat harvested in Marksovsky district of the Saratov region. The part-grown crop is durum wheat. It is used in the production of high quality pasta and bakery products. All in all, this year the branches of the agricultural division of the holding "Solar products" to gather the harvest of winter and spring crops on an area of over 38 hectares.

In the 2017/18 season on the sidelines holding sown sunflower (including high oleic), winter wheat and spring wheat, barley, peas, maize, sorghum, and various fodder crops.

- This year the ripening of the harvest in the Volga region was in drought conditions. Therefore, the forecasts for yields are lower than last year, — said Deputy General Director of the agrarian direction of Dmitry Laboral. — Winter wheat plan average 31 kg/ha, barley – 20 kg/ha.

During the current harvesting campaign on the fields will be more than 100 pieces of equipment, including modern harvesters produced by the company "Deutz-Headlights". The export will involve up to 140 MAZ transport division of the holding company "Agrotrans".

To keep jobs and the harvest will be at the sites of Elevator complex "Solar products" in the Saratov region. Also this will be used for grain Elevator facilities of the enterprise "Volzhskiy terminal".

The holding company is in the Top 25 largest owners of agricultural land in Russia, in the management of the holding is 157 hectares of land.
