"The Directive from the reserve Fund of the government of Russia allocated 5 billion rubles for subsidies to the regions to co-Finance expenditure commitments to provide untied support to agricultural producers in the field of plant for purchase in 2018, not less than 90 thousand tons of diesel fuel on the conduct of agrotechnological works," — stated in the explanatory note to the document.

It is noted that means are provided within the framework of the state program of development of agriculture and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020.

"Subsidies are distributed among 79 subjects of Federation, having sown area of cereals, legumes and forage crops", — added in the explanatory Memorandum.
