Working students will be accepted until 15 September 2018.

Students also will be expected to write and submit an essay on one of three approved topics: "My profession – the engineer-designer of agricultural machinery", "Why I want to become an engineer?" and "Innovative solutions in agricultural machinery".

To assess applicants to the competition Commission, which includes heads of leading Russian factories on manufacture of agricultural machinery, the management of the Association "Rosspetsmash" and the Ministry of industry and trade.

The members of the contest Commission, noted that the new generation of engineers depends largely on the future of the industry. National award of a name of Alexander Egeskog helps to identify talented students, to support them and to bring on production. The organizers expect that the competition among applicants will be even more intense than last year.

The results of the contest will be held on November 3 – the day of the birth of Alexander Alexandrovich Izhevskogo. Up to 30 students can gain not only valuable prizes and monetary awards, and job offers from leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery. Awarding of winners will take place on the territory of one of the world's leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery – Rostselmash.

In the competition can participate students who at the time of awarding of the prize will be students of 2-4 courses. The main criteria for evaluating candidates are high results in studying and research along with active participation in the life of the University.
