The event was attended by leaders of the Association "Rosspetsmash", the flagships of the domestic agricultural engineering and representatives of the Ministry of industry and trade.

Speaking about the current state of agricultural market participants noted that sales of cars in the second and the third quarter began gradually to recover. Plants noted an increase in orders for agricultural machinery and multidirectional dynamics of shipments depending on the region.

One of the main reasons is the increase of the discount rate on farm machinery by government resolution No. 1432 from 15-20% to 25-30%.

Measures of state support are another topic of discussion. In addition to No. 1432, the experts evaluated the current draft amendments to government resolution No. 719 of determination of the technical operations that must be performed in order to products considered to be produced in Russia.

Among the issues was also the implementation of mechanisms to support enterprises, export-oriented organization of business missions abroad, the hosting of the Russian agro-technical forum.

The Chairman of the Committee, member of the Board of Directors of the Association "Rosspetsmash" Vadim Smirnov said that the regularity of meetings depends largely on effective preparation of consolidated proposals for the development of the industry. Thus, manufacturers, Association "Rosspetsmash" and the Ministry can respond quickly to changes that occur in the market.
