The training was attended by employees of the Federal CNPSL, Tatar MVL, MVL Stavropol, OGBU "On the station to combat animal diseases in Shebekinskiy and Korocha areas", OGBU "On the station to combat animal diseases in Volokonovka technology areas".

The purpose of the course is the improvement of professional competence of specialists in the field of veterinary medicine. The course included both theoretical and practical classes.

In the training students were familiarized with the basics of the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), the stages of a PCR reaction components, the concepts of "specificity", "sensitivity reaction", especially the use of PCR for diagnosis of infectious animal diseases.

Some of the presentations were devoted to the issues of sanitary-epidemiological regime in the PCR laboratory, where work with microorganisms III–IV pathogenicity groups and the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009 in relation to the PCR laboratory.
