In the Kizlyar district of Dagestan in the trial mode, launched the first in the country plant for rice processing. Currently the plant is undergoing commissioning, which is accompanied by specialists from Turkey, reported IA REGNUM in the press service of the regional Ministry of agriculture and food.
Production capacity is 150 tons per day. The factory provides packing cereal in bags with a volume up to 25 kg and packing in 800-gram packages. In addition, the manufacture equipped laboratory to check the quality of rice.
According to General Director of JSC "Kizlaragasi" Mevlida khizriyeva, the quality of rice cultivated in Dagestan, has received a high assessment of Turkish, as well as Krasnodar and other local specialists.
Recall the Kizlyar district is a leader in the Republic on the scale of the space allocated for the cultivation of rice. This year in the area of rice sown already by 10.7 thousand hectares. Of them as of early October harvested 4200 hectares with an average yield of 50 q/ha.
It is worth noting that 10 years ago the highest yield in rice farms was noted in the mountain Gunibsky district is about 55 kg/ha (with an average yield of 33 quintals).
