Plant "Zainsk sugar" became the first enterprise in Russia food industry, received the sign of the "silver" level of "Toyota Engineering Corporation". Audit of the enterprise for the global comparative analysis on the basis of the principles of the universal production system was conducted by the President of the company "ToyotaEngineering Corporation" Toshihiro Yamada. OAO "Zainsk sugar" became the second company in Russia, has reached silver level on the system "TEC", the first company in the Republic of Tatarstan and the first in the global food industry. The audit figure of the company amounted to 3.89 points, which corresponds to the level of global corporations. Assessing the implementation of the T-TPS was carried out on 6 key indicators: enhancing performance areas, documented standards, staff, material assets, equipment and quality.

Deputy General Director of CJSC "agrosila" on issues of activity of JSC "Zainsk sugar" Anton Troshin:"Principles "TEC" are embedded in the enterprise already not the first year. So, in 2016, was received "bronze" level of the system. Next, the main task was cost reduction at every stage of production, and reduce production costs. Together with specialists "ToyotaEngineering Corporation" we have identified bottlenecks in production processes and developed methods of their elimination. Today, almost all areas of the plant brought up to standard. The introduction of the principles of the innovation system has enabled the plant to improve key performance indicators. In particular, managed to reduce losses in the production of sugar, to increase the volume and productivity of labor, reduce stocks of materials and finished products".

According to the assessment of GBM, there are three levels: bronze, silver and gold. The essence of evaluation of the plant for GBM is to analyze how consistently implements principles of TPS (Toyota Production System). In the framework of their implementation at the enterprise were identified bottlenecks, mechanisms of lean manufacturing, increased employee engagement in the universal improvement, increased yield, reduced loss during storage of raw materials and in production, increased production efficiency by 2%,and also improved working conditions and security for employees.
