The shipment of corn for the reporting week increased by 21% to 37 thousand tonnes, while exports of wheat decreased by 20% and amounted to 498 thousand tons. The barley was shipped in the amount of 25 thousand tons to 53 thousand tons a week earlier.

The main directions of export of grain specified in the reporting period were: Egypt (126 thousand tons), Turkey (107 thousand tonnes) and Yemen (50 thousand tons).

Leadership on volume of shipments since the beginning of the season maintains the port of Novorossiysk handled over the period of 10.9 million tons of grain. In the second place, the port of Caucasus, exports of which amounted to 8.5 million tons. Third place goes to the port of Taman – 2.6 million tons.
