"In 2018 we took 178 thousand samples for laboratory analysis, 7.5 thousand of them - monitoring of products of animal origin. We have identified just over 10% of products not conforming to the safety standards. The monitoring analysis leads us to two unsolved problems is the falsification of animal products and manufacturers-"phantoms" - said E. Antonov.

According to him, the adulteration of dairy products in the reported regions was 16.5% of the tested laboratory method samples of meat - almost a third.

The head of Department called the timely introduction of electronic veterinary certification of animal products.

"The results we already have. Society and business are interested in that this mechanism was implemented and was effective," - said E. Antonov.

According to the Agency, in 2018 on the territory of Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions was formalized 189.4 mln electronic veterinary accompanying documents, was 41,3 thousand electronic platforms and 30.1 thousand authorised officials. In total identified about 12.2 thousand violations.

Touching identify and destroy the "sanctions" of regulated products, E. Antonov noted a downward trend in its amount. So, in 2018, destroyed and 446 tons (in 2017 - about 1 thousand tons).
