"The NSA since the entry into force of the law on state support of insurance conducts ongoing monitoring of information to identify disputes for agricultural insurance – like contracts on the terms of state support, and without her, – says the President of the NRA of the Roots of biggov. – According to this, if in 2016 the courts heard 93 claims about collecting of insurance compensation under contracts of insurance, in 2017, only 18 of the claims, and in 2018 – only 4 of the claim".

This trend was observed only in recent years, the President said of the NSA: in 2012 the courts considered 30 claims from farmers, dissatisfied with the settlement of their insurance claims in 2013 and 30 in 2014 – about 50 in 2015 – about 68, in 2016-m – 93 action. The total number of cases (293) is less than 1% of contracts of insurance, or 4.1% of the total number of payments over the years.

"The situation with litigation was influenced by several factors, noted Roots of biggov. – First, the Bank of Russia in 2014-2015 has tightened control over the insurance market and with the 2014 insurance market selkhozizdat left more than 30 insurers which are unable to meet the requirements of solvency. Second, from 2016 year, there was a statutory transition to a common system of agricultural insurance, with mandatory participation of all of non-standard insurance rules, including the procedures of settlement of losses. This made the system more transparent. Thirdly, strategically built system of legal protection has reduced the frequency of claims made under contracts of insurance of a different sort "agrolratu" with unscrupulous intentions."

"NSA expects to further improve the quality of procedures for the settlement of insured accidents in the agricultural sector – said the President of the NRA of the Roots of biggov. – From March 1 shall enter into force on amended law on the state support of agricultural insurance, which gives a clear legal status examinations using the data of space monitoring that will provide objective evidence of the occurrence of the insured event".
