Plant for the production of semi-finished products and ready meals "Miratorg Zapad" with a capacity of 80 thousand tonnes 5 production lines produces over 200 products, including for major international restaurant chains. In March 2019, the plant was visited by the expert, authorised to undertake regular audit for the company BURGER KING. The test took place over 2 days and included inspection of production - from receiving raw materials to shipping of finished products, control of the laboratory activities of the enterprise, evaluation of the quality management system at all stages of the traceability system. According to the expert, the company showed the highest level of compliance BURGER KING - GREEN.
