The problem of the oil palm were discussed at the bilateral meeting of Minister of foreign Affairs of Indonesia Retno Marsudi with the foreign Minister of the Netherlands Stephanus Abraham Block in the Hague, said the foreign Ministry of Indonesia.

"Oil palm is important for Indonesia, particularly to eradicate poverty and achieve the agenda of sustainable development for the period till 2030", — said Retno Marsudi.

The Ministers also discussed the agenda of the presidency of Indonesia in the UN Security Council in may 2019. Recall from 1798 to 1942, Indonesia was a Dutch colony.
