Manufacturers of bakery products from around the world will be able to take advantage of innovative industry-service – the industry working at the centre in conditions as close as possible to the processes of modern industrial production.
Russian producers access capacity of the center will provide a "SAF-NEVA", headquartered in St. Petersburg.
As explained representatives of the "SAF-NEVA", Russian branch of Lesaffre, industrial companies will be able to conditions that simulate the environment and the processes of their own businesses, test new equipment before purchase or to make a trial batch of products before the launch of the new range.
The new Baking Center area of 600 square metres and consists of workshops for the preparation of the dough, plant cutting (dividing and shaping), baking phase, phase of cold fermentation and deep freezing.
