The Deputy Minister noted that in 2018 the amount of funds aimed at the implementation of the state Program of agricultural development, increased before and 303.6 billion rubles against 254,1 billion rubles a year earlier. While this year some changes were made in providing state support, including in the framework of a "single subsidy". So, there is a separate limit for vineyards and the share of insured sowing (planting) area of the insured livestock and farm animals.

Special attention was paid to the industry of flax. A member of the Government of the Ivanovo region – the Director of the Department of agriculture and food of the Ivanovo region Denis Cherkesov noted that this has been defined in the region as a priority.

The discussion also focused on insurance with state support. From 2019 in the framework of a "single subsidy" changed the principle of distribution of subsidies from the Federal budget the volume of funds to the region will depend on the planned values of indicators of agricultural insurance. So, in 2019, to support agricultural insurance has a cap on the Federal budget in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles.

The event participants discussed the implementation of the mechanism of preferential crediting and the bringing of state funds to direct recipients. This year, in the Ivanovo region more than 50% of the total amount of approved loans on concessional short-term lending accounts for small businesses. This is the highest percentage in the Central Federal district, the average value of which is 13.5%.
