Total imports of food products over the past week amounted to more than 70 thousand tons.
The main types of imported products in the period under review were the plant products (87,2% of total imports), meat and meat products (3,5%), milk and dairy products (3.4 percent). Also a large share in imports fell on the fish and seafood (3,1%).
Delivery of products to the territory of Russia in the period under review was mainly carried out by sea and road transportation. Road traffic amounted to 3.62 million tonnes. For sea (container) transport had 4,04 thousand tons, bilge marine transportation amounted to about 62,78 thousand tons, rail transport – 0,31 thousand tons, aviation and 0.01 thousand tons.
