May 21-22 topical issues of the industry were discussed at the II-nd international investment forum "Gardens of Russia 2019" in which the Russian agricultural Bank acted as a participant and the General sponsor. A key topic was the strategy for the development of industrial gardening of Russia and investment in the sector, including the creation of new gardens and nurseries. Participants raised the issues of state financial and legal support in the areas of breeding, storage, processing and agrologistika. Special emphasis at the forum was placed on the need to reduce imports of fruit products, to develop their own planting material, as well as to develop organic farming and to grow organic products.

Over the past five years, the government has invested heavily in the development and support of industrial gardening and do not plan to reduce subsidies.
