This year participants of the award are 250 companies that submitted projects for the social responsibility of business. Cherkizovo group won in the nomination "Education and science". The activities of the Group in the direction of work with young people was among the best practices of socially responsible companies of Russia.

The project "Cherkizovo" dual training "Cluster continuous process of education: Your. Present. The future" with its key idea of cooperation between business and education was awarded the highest rating of experts, including business representatives, Executive government and higher education. The creation of educational clusters are aimed, primarily, at reducing the deficit of qualified personnel in the market, preparation of new educational programs in accordance with business needs, enhancing the prestige of the industry among young people and, as a result, the increase in the percentage of employment of students on a speciality.

The company "Cherkizovo" has proposed a list of specialties that should be targeted training programs, among them the traditional professions which will always have a place in the processing industry, and innovation that have arisen recently in connection with the robotization and automation of production.

"The main goal – says the head of the Center for student programs and youth initiatives of the Group Lyudmila Khutoretsky, is to grow those who will be in demand, production, build a system of continuous professional education from schools to employers through universities and colleges to disclose all facets of the profession and show how our industry is high-tech and interesting."

The complex of measures on development of the cluster involves the creation of educational programs of higher, secondary and vocational institutions, the development of training programmes in the University, improvement of professional skill and professional retraining of teachers, organization of dual training and professional contests and competitions.
