The subject of the agreement is cooperation of the parties in the development of the agro-industrial complex on the territory of Altai Krai, including poultry farming, pig breeding, food industries.

Given the interest of the parties in the implementation of major investment projects aimed at development of agriculture, high potential of agro-industrial complex and the advantageous economic and geographical position Altai region, Cherkizovo Group was considering the possibility of realization of the investment project to increase production capacity of poultry complex in the region to 100 thousand tons per year. The project involves the construction of two new sites, feeding Elevator at 30-60 thousand tons of simultaneous storage, reconstruction of the incubator, feed mill and poultry processing complex. Possible investment in the project may reach 3 billion rubles. Will create an additional 100 jobs.

"Altai broiler" – the largest producer of poultry meat in the Altai region and one of the largest manufacturers in the Siberian Federal district. This is a modern poultry farm are not closed production cycle which structure includes a hatchery, feed mill, four sites of broiler plant in Biisk at the slaughter and processing of poultry meat. At the end of 2018, "Altai broiler" was included in the Group "Cherkizovo". This acquisition allowed Cherkizovo Group to enter the market of the Siberian Federal district and further strengthen its positions on Russian market of poultry meat.

To expand production the necessary assistance, support and promotion of the region, in particular in matters of land allocation, infrastructure development etc. to support the government of Altai region can directly contribute to a more rapid implementation of the project to increase the capacity of the "Altai broiler" up to 100 thousand tons per year.
