To discuss the most important issues of the industry gathered more than 50 people, including managers and leading specialists of the plants for the production of components, the management of the companies-consumers of this production, the management of the Association "Rosspetsmash", the representatives of FSUE "NAMI".

The list of the major topics discussed – development of measures of state support of Russian producers, the interaction of domestic plants to produce components with enterprises specialized machinery, increase the level of localization of specialized equipment due to the use of Russian components.

The Chairman of the Committee, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Noginsk fuel equipment plant" Alexey Barbalat noted that for the formation of concrete proposals for the development of the industry need to get quality feedback from the market players to analyse the data to determine next steps. This will be one of the main Committee at the first stage.

The Deputy Director of the Association "Rosspetsmash" Vyacheslav Pronin said that in accordance with the strategic documents on the development in Russia of specialized machinery, which have already been developed or are under development, provides for the growth of domestic demand for components. The level of localization Russian vehicles will increase due to the use of a greater share of components produced on the territory of the Russian Federation.

A separate issue of the meeting was the proposal of the engineers on the implementation of programs of subsidizing of producers of components, in which for their products, discounts will be given to plants for the production of agricultural, road-building equipment and food processing equipment.

The basis of the draft resolution proposes to take the Program No. 1432, which has proved its high efficiency in the sector of agricultural engineering. By analogy with this decree, the government has developed the mechanism of state support for producers of equipment for food and processing industry (order No. 547). It is a fundamental measure that can be successfully broadcast and other industries.

At the end of the event, the participants talked about the fact that the establishment of the Committee is a very important and timely decision for all industries specialized engineering, and not only to component manufacturers. Therefore, for this work in the future, need to attract more stakeholders.
