Rosagroleasing and ACCOR have agreed special terms for members of the Association
On 17 July the Ministry of agriculture General Director of JSC "Rosagroleasing" Pavel Kosov and the President of the Association of peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural cooperatives of Russia (AKKOR) Vladimir Plotnikov has signed a cooperation agreement, including a separate program for members of the Association "Leasing for AKKOR".

The ceremony was attended by first Deputy Minister of agriculture of Russia Dzhambulat Hatuov, who noted that the Ministry of agriculture today offers various forms of support for farms and cooperatives, and develops close cooperation with ACCOR.

"Leasing for AKKOR" suggests special conditions under the most popular among farmers in the program of preferential leasing OPT 2.0.

For members of the Association zero advance applies not only to self-propelled, but also on trailers, hinged equipment, and the minimum amount of funding upon request of a lessee of a member is reduced more than in 2 times and amounts to 400 thousand rubles.

"We lifted all limits for members of AKKOR, -said Pavel Kosov in the framework of the signing of the agreement, the New mechanism will allow us to supply even the small farmers of the country."

Applications for leasing by potential lessees served through the Association, which conducts a preliminary assessment of the possibility of concluding leasing contract, helps farmers to collect the necessary documents, and provides the petition for the conclusion of the contract with specific producers.
