Daggar organizes the contest, together with the Russian youth public organization "Russian Union of rural youth". During the tests will identify talented students of professional educational organizations and educational organizations of higher education which award diplomas and valuable gifts.
 
Just announced seven nominations – "scientist of the year, Creative person of the year", "Sportsman of the year, Volunteer of the year, community Activist of the year, Student leader of the year" and Grand Prix "agrarian of the year".
 
The first (correspondence) round of the contest – the selection of participants from educational institutions and enrollment will continue until October 30, 2019. Experts will assess applications. The parties which gain the highest number of points in its category will advance to the second stage of the competition.
 
Next in the rating of the online voting will be selected the best representatives in each category to participate in the intramural stage.
 
Third all-Russian stage will take place from 25 to 27 November 2019 in Moscow. The contestants will present themselves and the results of their activities in the stated category. After the presentations, the Advisory Council will select the winners.
