"The law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the regulation of agro-industrial complex" was signed by the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev October 28, 2019, provides for the improvement of existing and introduction of new financial instruments. In particular, to create a favorable business environment, changes in the law "On grain", which provide the right of grain-enterprises to provide related services such as:

– the provision of railway lines under their ownership, in the use of other entities;
– implementation of grain products;
– processing and sale of oilseeds;
– storage zernatto.

Prior to the adoption of the new law grain enterprises could not engage in activities that are not related to inventory. The changes will enable them to obtain additional income," – said in a statement the Ministry of agriculture of Kazakhstan.
