At the moment Russia lacks a systematic legal framework regulating relations in the field of viticulture and winemaking. Certain provisions contained in various acts that often contradict each other, leaving unresolved important for the functioning of industry issues. The bill introduces a single comprehensive legal regulation in the sphere of production and turnover of products of viticulture and winemaking.
In addition, the current regulatory legal acts in the sphere of production and turnover of alcoholic products is focused primarily on products with high alcohol content and virtually do not take into account the specifics of wine production.
The purpose of the event is a comprehensive discussion of the prospects and implications of Federal law for an industry to develop an action plan to establish public control of the condition and development of viticulture and winemaking in the Russian Federation.
