В России впервые за пять лет зафиксирован рост продаж хлеба. Участники рынка объясняют переориентацию потребителей на более дешевые и сытные продукты снижением доходов: основной рост потребления наблюдается именно в низком ценовом сегменте. В результате по итогам года объемы реализации хлебных изделий могут увеличиться на 60 тыс. тонн. Игроки ожидают снижения потребления хлеба после стабилизации экономической ситуации.

Эксперты продолжают обсуждать актуальные вопросы сельскохозяйственной отрасли в рамках Российской агропромышленной выставки «Золотая осень – 2020». Все мероприятия проходят в режиме «онлайн». В заседаниях, сессиях, лекциях, открытых уроках деловой программы принимают участие представители ведомств агропромышленного комплекса регионов, сельхозпроизводители, представители научного сообщества и другие.
Крупнейшие экспортеры органической продукции приостановили поставки за рубеж. Они не могут исполнить требование Россельхознадзора о химическом обеззараживании (фумигации) товара перед его вывозом в другие страны. В Европе обработанные таким образом продукты не признают органическими. Поэтому Национальный органический союз обратился в Россельхознадзор с просьбой снять требование о фумигации, выяснили «Известия». Минсельхоз оценивает потенциал экспорта органики, который пока приостановлен, в €10–25 млрд в год.
