20 Jul 2016 South Korean CJ Cheiljedang Corporation has purchased in the tender 48,75 tons of U.S. milling wheat from ADM company, according to Reuters. The purchase was made on behalf of the companies DongAOne Co Ltd., Daehan Flour Mill Co Ltd. and SamHwa. Delivery will take place from 10 December to 10 January.

The tender was contracted:

• 14.9 thousand tons belozernoe wheat with a protein content of 10.5% by price 203,98 $/ton on FOB basis;

• 3.5 tons belozernoe wheat with a protein content of 8.5% at a price 212,39 $/ton on FOB basis;

• 7,55 thousand tons of hard red wheat (HRW) at a price of 199,78 $/ton on FOB basis;

• 22.8 thousand tonnes of Northern spring wheat at a price 234,18 $/ton on FOB basis.
