As noted by the Deputy Chairman of the government of Amur oblast Vladislav Bakumenko, a good precursor for the cultivation of soybeans are cereal crops, including wheat.

However, for the Amur region this amount will be excessive, therefore, the Amur region aims to export this culture to China.

It said the Governor of the Amur region Alexander Kozlov at exit meeting of security Council of the Russian Federation. The head of the region noted the need for the inclusion of the Amur region in the list of subjects of the Russian Federation, having the right to export wheat grown on their territory.

"The number of the Amur region is simply not required, it is necessary to sell. Conducted in Europe the product is not profitable, so we plan to implement it in APAC countries. We are talking about the volume of 200-300 thousand tons", — said Vladislav Bakumenko.
