South America reduces the export of soy more than 2 times
According to experts of Oil World, by the end of October the export of soybeans from South American countries will be reduced by more than 50% in year to 1.62 million tonnes, which confirms the trend of decline of supply of South American oil to the world market after their drop in September 2016 (to 2.78 million tons)

So, according to analysts, exports from Argentina by the end of the reporting month will be 0.27 million tons against the 0.93 million tonnes in October from a year earlier, from Brazil – 1,2 (2,59) million tons. At the same time, shipments from Paraguay and Uruguay will remain at level of last year – 0.07 million tons and 0,08 (0,09) million tons respectively.

It is also worth noting that the reason for the decline in Argentine exports of soybeans are insufficient sales of the crop of oilseed farmers. In Brazil, according to analysts, the actual assessment of production of oilseeds in the country in 2016 has been overstated, that currently leads to a reduction in shipments of soybeans.
