The price of fertilizers in Ukraine will rise in the future. This is the result of anti-dumping duties on nitrogen fertilizers originated from Russia. This opinion was voiced by head of the project "Infoindustriya" Dmitry gordeychuk.

"This trend shows that the decline in prices that occurred in 2013-2014, has already been overcome and those unique for the price of fertilizers will no longer be, that is, Ukrainian farmers will be forced to pay as much pay Turkish in relation to value of agricultural products, for example, the ratio of ammonium nitrate to wheat was the last year of 1.5-1.6, now back to 1.8", — said the expert.

We will remind, in January 2017 recorded a new record price for nitric fertilizers in Ukraine.

Amid record imports of urea in December 2016 – more than 93 thousand tons, while total imports of nitrogen fertilizers 184.8 thousand tons, the price of urea over the 3 weeks has increased from 8-8,4 thousand UAH/t to 9.5-10 thousand UAH/t.
