Russian grain exporters have experienced problems with delivery in Egypt under contracts with the national Agency GASC, stated in a letter to the President of the National Association of exporters of agricultural products Serhiy Balan, addressed to the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert.
