In the regions southern and North Caucasian Federal districts continue the harvesting campaign and legumes. For the harvesting season began separate regions of Central and Volga Federal districts.

As of July 13, 2017 in the whole country harvested grains throughout the areas of 2.7 mln ha (2016 – 4.0 million ha), and produced 12.2 million tons of grain (in 2016 16.8 million tons) with a yield of 44.9 kg/ha (in 2016 – 42,3 t/ha).

Including in the southern Federal district grain and leguminous crops throughout the areas of 1.9 mln ha (in 2016 and 2.6 million hectares). Production volumes totaled 8.8 mln tonnes of grains (in 2016 – 11.3 million tons) with a yield of 46.7 t/ha (in 2016 of 43.9 kg/ha).

In the North Caucasus Federal district threshed 832,9 thousand hectares (in 2016 – 1.2 million ha). Produced 3.4 million tons of grain (in 2016, 4.8 million tonnes), with a yield of 40.8 t/ha (in 2016 of 40.8 t/ha).

Winter and spring wheat in the whole country throughout the areas of 1.9 mln ha (in 2016 and 2.8 million hectares). Produced 9.0 million tonnes of grain (in 2016 – 12.2 million tons), with a yield of 46.9 t/ha (in 2016 to 43.8 kg/ha).

Winter and spring barley throughout the areas 548,7 thousand hectares (in 2016 610,2 thousand hectares). Produced 2.3 million tonnes (in 2016 2.5 mln tonnes) with the yield of 42.5 C/ha (in 2016 of 40.3 t/ha).

Winter rape in the Republics of Adygea, Crimea, North Ossetia (Alania), the Krasnodar, Stavropol and the Chechen Republic throughout the areas of 57.4 thousand hectares (in 2016 – 40.8 thousand ha), harvested 118,3 thousand tons (in 2016 to 80.3 thousand tonnes), yield of 20.6 C/ha (in 2016 – 19.7 C/ha).

In agricultural organizations and peasant (farmer) farms of the Astrakhan region, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, and the Krasnodar region dug out of 2.5 thousand hectares of early potatoes, dug out of 53.4 thousand tonnes of potatoes with a yield of 216,2 kg/ha.

Vegetables in agricultural organizations and peasant (farmer) farms of the Astrakhan region, the Krasnodar territory, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Rostov, Saratov and Volgograd regions and Kabardino-Balkarian Republic removed from the area of 13,6 thousand hectares, collected 114,3 thousand tons with a yield of 84.2 per kg/ha.
