Camelina meal from the Penza region intend to export to Europe, reported at the meeting of the regional government the Minister of agriculture Andrei Burlakov, writes penzainform.ru.

"This culture can be common in non-Chernozem regions, where poor soil: Kameshkirskijj, Zemetchinskogo, partially Kuznetsky. Revenue realization per hectare is comparable with corn or sunflower, but for those areas it can be claimed", — said Andrei Burlakov.

According to him, the Penza region also there are prospects to export flax oil, if there is sufficient demand.
