By results of work for the first 6 months of the current year the grain terminal JSC "Tuapse sea commercial port" has reduced the volumes of grain transshipment by 21% compared to the same period of 2016 to 0.9 million tons. This August 2, reported the press service of TCS.

"For its part, JSC "TMTP" provided handling is only charged to process the volume of cargo, the downtrend is due to the high intensity of shipping of grain at the beginning of 2016 (in comparison with indicators of 2015) and a decrease in total demand for cereals in the second quarter of 2017", – explained in the message.

In General, the volume of transshipment port at the end of the reporting period grew by 3.7% in comparison with January-June, 2016 and was 7.5 million tons.
