First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, who oversees the development of exports and the implementation of the roadmap, explained that the document includes 111 events and 80% already done on the 21 event the work continues. In the updated version of the document, the government has included 19 events. "The measures concern, for example, other requirements in the design and construction of the checkpoints. It is believed that current requirements are quite complex, duplicate many functions, including allowing you to carry out unnecessary repeat checks as part of the checkpoint," — said Shuvalov. According to the roadmap, it will be necessary to adopt a new standard for modern checkpoints to serve export and import operations. The development of the standard will be engaged in the Ministry of economic development, Ministry of construction and the TCF.

Another point of the roadmap in a pilot mode will be simplified workflow. "Now will be allowed when the electronic interaction is not to fill the paper, to give them up. The document also foresees a special procedure for the passage of goods through customs, when the "exclude duplicate tests, inspections will take place only once", said Shuvalov. When completing customs declarations electronically, according to Deputy Prime Minister, to the senders of goods have to go through "all those administrative procedures that accompany the passage of goods at the moment". Changes agreed with the business representatives and participating countries of the EAEU.
