The greatest increase of import during the reporting period was observed in the direction Spain and the Netherlands. A more moderate increase in procurement was typical for Italy, Belgium and Sweden, while shipments of palm oil to Germany and the UK declined.

With more than 54% of exports to the EU in the first 10 months of this year has provided Indonesia, those shipped in the direction of 3.42 million tonnes (2.89 million tonnes) of palm oil. Malaysia's share in total supply volume decreased by 22% to 1.41 million tons (1.74 million tons).

It is also worth noting that the supply of palm oil from Central and South America rose to a record 968 thousand tons (739 thousand tons), and from Papua-New Guinea to 0.5 million tons (0,47 million tons).
