More than 20 thousand tons of grain sent from the Novosibirsk region grain Express - special trains, which allow to reduce time of cargo delivery and to increase the "turnover" of cars. As reported in the press service of the regional government of the first three Express already went to Novorossiysk and the fourth is awaiting loading.

Farmers of the Novosibirsk region, which gathered a record over seven years, the harvest of grain - more than 3 million tons are experiencing difficulties with the export of grain. To support farmers, the Ministry of agriculture of the region began to implement the decree of the RF government on subsidising the cost of the company "Russian Railways" (RZHD) on the transportation of grain. According to the decree, shippers carry grain at a zero rate.

"The station Bagan sent 157 wagons from the station of Karasuk - 96 cars. It is assumed that the train will travel from Novosibirsk to Novorossiysk and back in smooth mode, up to July 2018. The grain farmers of the Novosibirsk region plans to export to Azerbaijan, Iran, China, Mongolia and Turkey," - stated in the message.

As said TASS in the press service of the region, such grain Express has not previously gone. Currently, 250 cars are being loaded on the elevators, which signed agreements with Russia's largest trade organization, the United grain company (UGC). As explained by the acting Minister of agriculture of the Novosibirsk region Vasily Pronkin, UGC-South buys from farmers in the region wheat of the fourth class for 6300 rubles per ton without VAT, which is one thousand more than the average market price in Siberia.

Earlier it was reported that the Novosibirsk region was included into number of priority regions for grain transportation of Russian Railways which will be given subsidies. The discount applies to the carriage of wheat, rye, oats, barley, corn, rice, buckwheat, beans, peas, beans and other crops. The reduction factor will apply until 30 June 2018.
