Record grain harvest in the amount of 134 million tonnes received in 2017, will allow Russia not only to fully meet domestic grain needs, but also to significant monetary mass by exporting in this selkhozstroi to 45-47 million tons of grain.

Wheat exports also increased by one third to 22.6 million tonnes (+35%), which allowed us to firmly secure our country the status of the world's largest supplier of wheat.

The exports of barley amounted to 3.6 million tons, which is 1.9 times more than in the same period 2016/2017 crop year (1.8 million tons).

According to experts, the situation on the world grain market and the apparent increase in grain prices provide additional reserves and benefits for export of Russian grain.

Turn towards export allows you to save the positive dynamics of agricultural development, stimulates the attraction of new investments. The increase in export supplies gives manufacturers the necessary funds for the sowing.
