For the month (compared to February 1, 2018) grain stocks decreased by 9.2%.

In agricultural grain stocks on March 1 increased by 17.8% (3,131 million tons), to 20,688 million tons. Stocks at procurement and processing organizations increased by 19.3% (2,848 million tons) - up to 17,629 million tons.

Wheat stocks at procurement and processing companies amounted to 13,598 million tons, which is 25,2% more than the year before. Including the stocks of wheat increased by 27%, to 9,654 million tons.

Stocks of barley increased by 11.1%, to 1,708 million tons, rye - by 18.5%, to 557,9 million tonnes (including food rye - by 17.7%, to 498,1 million tons). Increased stocks of oats - by 10.8%, to 14 thousand tons, buckwheat - by 62.2%, to 106.9 thousand tons.

The collectors and processors of grain have reduced corn stocks (10.6%, to 1,289 million tons), rice (by 65.9 per cent, to 37 thousand tonnes), millet - on 69,7%, to 9.8 thousand tons.

Stocks of other crops in the procuring organizations has increased by 32.6%, amounting to 176,31 thousand tons.
