Russian sunflower oil increased its share in the Belarusian market up to 80%
According to the National statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, in 2017 the imports of sunflower oil in the country was increased to 114,8 thousand tons (+19%), of which 80% of Russian product

Thus, in comparison with the figure 2016 Russia increased deliveries of oil to Belarus more than 33 thousand tons, due to more attractive pricing environment in comparison with the Ukrainian oil.

Note that the purchased volumes of Ukrainian sunflower oil grew by 8.8 thousand tons.

We will remind, Russia and Ukraine are key suppliers of this product in Belarus in the last few years.
