Ban agriculture Ministry is explained by the threat of ASF.

Ukraine imposed ban on export of pork from Russia, informs RBC referring to the press-service of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine.

The office explained the ban by the spread of the virus of African swine fever (ASF) in the territory of the Russian Federation. "According to the official report of the Rosselkhoznadzor and official communications received diplomatic ways, in the cities of Bryansk, Orenburg, and the Kursk region, revealed meat products, infected by the virus of African swine fever", - reports the Ministry.

Restrictions apply to the import susceptible to the disease of animals, products, raw materials and reproductive material of them, ready feeds and feed additives of animal origin, animal feed of plant origin.

Let's remind, since July 28, the Rosselkhoznadzor banned the import into Russia of plant products from Ukraine in hand Luggage, baggage and mail.

on July 18, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced the possibility of a complete suspension of bilateral trade with Russia.
