"The company is going to produce rennet cheese "Philadelphia" and "mascarpone", and pastry cream. In the context of the sanctions of the government of the Russian Federation, this market segment seems to be promising," - said General Director of the enterprise "lactis".

Currently at the milk factory in Novgorod recycle more than 160 tons of milk per day. According to the head, to increase production volumes will require loan funds".

In the government of Novgorod region stated that together with the banks will consider support import business.
