Wheat prices in Russia went down under the impact of decisions about what to February 1, 2015 introduced in the country the export duty on this grain, informs "Interfax".

"Wheat prices in unison, "faltered down, in the sector of other grain goods, on the contrary, there has been a strengthening of prices", said General Director of LLC Prozerno" Vladimir Petrichenko.

According to him, the wheat of the 3rd class in the European part of the country for the week fell by 310 rubles per ton, up to 10 830 rubles. In dollar terms, the price has increased by $24,6, to $208,1 per ton. The price of a ton of wheat of 4 class decreased by 330 rubles, up to 10 095 rubles. In dollar terms, the increase amounted to $22,2, to $194 per ton.

The price of food grain increased by 175 rubles, up to 6 200 rubles per ton. The price of a ton of barley increased by 275 rubles, up to 8 130 rubles, corn - 280 rubles, up 9 120 rubles per ton.

According to Petrichenko, the duty on the export of grain to 15% of the cost plus 7.5 euros, but not less than 35 Euro per ton is not prohibitive, however, such fee shall take the market about 18-20% of the customs value for export, which will decrease the purchase price for wheat of all classes 2 200-2 700 rubles per ton from the current levels. The expert believes that domestic processors will offer a purchase price lower than exporters, and to raise the price level they can only with a substantial delay of payments.

The world grain market, according to Petrichenko, due to Christmas holidays do not have time to react to the news about the establishment of export duties to Russia. "But the January shipment will be executed speedily, therefore we should expect a positive trend, "he says.
