The production capacity of the facility involves the deboning 360 half-carcasses per hour, whereas the current line EMF allows to process 300 half-carcasses per hour. Thus, the power of the Group of companies "agro-Belogorie" deep processing of pork will increase by more than 2 times. In particular, the smokehouse, the new plant is planned to produce about 2 tons of product per day, while existing smoke capacity for up to 650 kg of finished product.

Production Director LLC "EMF agro-Belogorie" Valery Onoprienko notes that the new site will be focused on the production of products in consumer packaging. Only the "Far Lands", it is planning to ship up to 50 tons per day. This technology promises to extend the range.
