"Makfa" raised prices on pasta 15%

"Over the past few months the varieties of durum wheat, which make pasta, has risen by almost three times. If at the end of 2014 on average, one ton of such wheat was worth 10-11 thousand rubles, but now the cost has risen to 27 to 30 thousand rubles per ton, - said Popov. We could not respond to the sharp rise in price of wheat. Therefore, from 1 February raised the wholesale and retail prices on pasta".

Popov noted that as much prices rose on pasta and in retail. Before the prices go up one kilo of pasta average cost 35 cents. Now the pasta stand 41-42 rubles per kilogram.

"We exclude the speculative prices of our products. We have about 150 distribution of firms in the regions. They watch it.
