As explained TASS in the press-service of the company, breed is conducted jointly with scientists of the Siberian scientific research Institute of cattle breeding. "Romanov breed of sheep was brought from the farms of the Yaroslavl region. Its distinguishing feature is the high fertility: one lambing bright can bring 2 to 4 lambs, while Altai - just one. At the same time, the Altai breed of sheep prized for their size and weight, high taste quality meat and high adaptability to the conditions of Siberia", - explained in the company.

According to Fedyaeva, when crossed these breeds, received unexpectedly fantastic result". "Bright steel "to bring" 3 lamb", he said, adding that a new breed plan documented and will be referred to as the "Kuzbass". "We believe that this will very quickly increase the population because almost threefold increased reproduction", he added. According to the company, it has already received 500 head of the new breed, and for spring it is planned to obtain up to 1.2 thousand sheep.

Now on the farming of the holding in promyshlennoe and Cebulska areas about 5 thousand sheep, of which 3 thousand - Altai breed. As explained Fedyaev, in General, there are plans to increase the number of sheep to 12 thousand. Investment in the project in 2014 amounted to about 50 million rubles. This year in Yaroslavl oblast plans to buy about 500 bright Romanov breed.
