The Minister of agriculture of the Sverdlovsk region Michael Kopytov noted the complexity of this spring: last year's rules of crediting of agricultural producers have no effect, but the new ones are under development. In the field reasonably assumed that as long as the government and banks to agree amongst themselves, precious spring time will be lost and threatened the harvest 2015.

"Now to loan farmers need 6-8 weeks, and it's too long - fertilizers need to purchase in March. Therefore, the portion of loans decided to take over the dairies, - explained the Minister. They have a term loan is two and a half to three weeks, the risk is much lower than that of farmers: they have products for every day goes by, it can be seen".

According to the participants of the press conference, each dairy has a pool of suppliers of raw materials, time-tested. For these partners, the plants are ready to take the bankers money at sowing. According to Igor Pegatina, the Chairman of the Union of dairy enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region, we are talking about loans in the amount of 700 million rubles at 22% per annum. In the "action" agreed to take part, several large Ural dairies: Irbit, kushvinskii, Alapayevsk, the company "Milky whale" and "Keys".

The Dairy News draws attention to the fact that no compensation from the regional authorities, the processors of milk for their help farmers will not receive. As it turned out, the idea of such cooperation was born in the discussion of the problems with the production of butter in the region. Dairies complained about the lack of raw materials and the authorities asked them to take an active part in solving the problem.
