The production of cheese and cheese products in Russia in January-February 2015 increased by 32.8% to 85.7 thousand tons relative to the same period in 2014. This is stated in the materials of the Federal service of state statistics (Rosstat).

Also in January-February 2015 significantly increased the production of canned vegetables and mushrooms by 29% to almost 40 million standard cans.

The production of meat of slaughtered animals (pigs, cattle and small cattle) for the first two months of the year 2015 increased by 18% to 324 thousand tons, and poultry - by 13% to 683 thousand tons.

The production of sugar in January-February 2015 fell by 26% to 177 thousand tons. However, in February 2015 against to the similar month of 2014 production of this product increased by 28%.
