To the XXVI Congress of the Association of peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural cooperatives of the region gathered more than 400 farmers. The Congress is attended by Alexander Tkachev, the Vice-Governor Alexander Saurin, the Minister of agriculture and processing industry of the region, the Vice-Governor Sergey Garkusha, deputies of the legislative Assembly, the heads of Federal and regional authorities, the Deputy heads of municipalities on agriculture, heads of scientific institutions.

Today, farmers Kuban produce every third ton of grain in the region, providing a gross production of about four million tons, every third ton of sunflower, 750 thousand tons of sugar beet, 84 thousand tons of vegetables, 45 thousand tons of melons, 37 thousand tons of potatoes and 14 thousand tons of fruits and grapes.

In the production of the main types of livestock production, farmers have increased milk production by 4.7%, bringing the gross volume to 84 thousand tons. Increased the number of cattle to 39 thousand heads, sheep and goats to 36 thousand heads, poultry totals 567 thousand.

Overall farm last year produced more than 40 billion rubles.
