By order of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia "On the determination of maximum levels of minimum prices for grain harvest in 2015 when carrying out public procurement interventions in 2015-2016 installed consistent with the Federal tariff service of Russia the following maximum levels of minimum prices at which in 2015-2016 held state purchase interventions in respect of grain harvest in 2015:

a) soft milling wheat of the 3rd class:

the subjects of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Central, northwestern, Volga, North Caucasus, and Crimean southern Federal districts - 9 700 rubles per ton;

the subjects of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Ural, Siberian and far Eastern Federal districts - 9 500 rubles per ton;

b) soft milling wheat of 4 class:

the subjects of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Central, northwestern, Volga, North Caucasus, and Crimean southern Federal districts - 8 900 rubles per ton;

the subjects of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Ural, Siberian and far Eastern Federal districts - 8 700 rubles per ton;

b) soft wheat 5 th grade:

the subjects of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Central, northwestern, Volga, North Caucasus, and Crimean southern Federal districts - 8 600 rubles per ton;

the subjects of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Ural, Siberian and far Eastern Federal districts - 8 400 rubles per ton;

g) food rye group "A" in all subjects of the Russian Federation - 6 400 rubles per ton;

d) on barley forage on all the subjects of the Russian Federation - 6 500 rubles per ton;

(e) for grain corn 3 classes for all subjects of the Russian Federation - 6 900 rubles per ton.

The order comes into force on 1 July 2015 and is valid until July 1, 2016.

The main objective of the public purchasing interventions is to stabilize the market prices of agricultural products, raw materials and food and keeping the level of incomes of agricultural producers.

The Ministry of agriculture continues daily monitoring of the situation on the grain market. When changing market conditions interventional rates can be adjusted.
